Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Minine Blood Pressure Tracker (the "App"), operated by Minine Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Minine Blood Pressure Tracker is a health tracking application for iOS that allows you to record blood pressure, heart rate, and weight measurements. The App provides trend charts, automatic classification of readings, measurement reminders, data export, and optional Apple Health integration. The App also includes a camera-based heart rate estimation feature and built-in health education articles.

2. Not Medical Advice

The App is designed as a personal health tracking and self-management tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The classifications shown (e.g., Normal, Elevated, High, Crisis) are based on general reference ranges and are for informational purposes only.

The camera-based heart rate measurement provides estimates only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for medical-grade equipment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any health concerns. If you experience abnormal readings or feel unwell, seek medical attention promptly. Do not delay seeking medical help based on information provided by the App.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, as all data is stored locally.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.
• You understand that deleting the App will permanently remove all stored data from your device.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All health data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your health readings on any server. For details on advertising, analytics, and third-party services, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising

The App is free to use and is supported by advertisements. Ads are provided by third-party services including Google AdMob. Ad display may include launch ads, banner ads, interstitial ads, and native ad placements within the App. Advertising content is managed by the ad providers and is not controlled by us.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, content, health articles, graphics, and user interface, is owned by Minine Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse-engineer or extract the source code, except as permitted by law.

7. Apple Health Integration

The App offers optional integration with Apple HealthKit. If you enable this feature, data may be written to and read from Apple Health. This integration is subject to Apple's terms and your device settings. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising purposes.

8. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Updates may change features or functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Minine Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Any health decisions made based on data or classifications shown in the App
• Inaccurate heart rate estimates from the camera measurement feature
• Loss of data due to device failure, App deletion, or software updates
• Any interruption or unavailability of the App

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minine Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Minine Inc. is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

5. Publicidad

La Aplicación es de uso gratuito y se sustenta mediante publicidad. Los anuncios son proporcionados por servicios de terceros, incluido Google AdMob. La visualización de anuncios puede incluir anuncios de lanzamiento, anuncios de banner, anuncios intersticiales y ubicaciones de anuncios nativos dentro de la Aplicación. El contenido publicitario es gestionado por los proveedores de anuncios y no está controlado por nosotros.

6. Propiedad intelectual

La Aplicación, incluidos su diseño, código, contenido, artículos de salud, gráficos e interfaz de usuario, es propiedad de Minine Inc. y está protegida por derechos de autor y otras leyes de propiedad intelectual. No puede copiar, modificar, distribuir, vender ni arrendar ninguna parte de la Aplicación, ni puede realizar ingeniería inversa o extraer el código fuente, excepto en la medida permitida por la ley.

7. Integración con Apple Salud

La Aplicación ofrece integración opcional con Apple HealthKit. Si habilita esta función, los datos pueden escribirse en y leerse desde Apple Salud. Esta integración está sujeta a los términos de Apple y a la configuración de su dispositivo. No utilizamos los datos de HealthKit con fines publicitarios.

8. Disponibilidad y actualizaciones

Podemos actualizar, modificar o descontinuar la Aplicación (o cualquier parte de ella) en cualquier momento sin previo aviso. No garantizamos que la Aplicación esté siempre disponible, sea ininterrumpida o esté libre de errores. Las actualizaciones pueden cambiar características o funcionalidades.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, Minine Inc. no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo derivado del uso de la Aplicación, incluidos, entre otros:

• Cualquier decisión de salud tomada basándose en datos o clasificaciones mostrados en la Aplicación
• Estimaciones inexactas de frecuencia cardíaca de la función de medición por cámara
• Pérdida de datos debido a fallos del dispositivo, eliminación de la Aplicación o actualizaciones de software
• Cualquier interrupción o indisponibilidad de la Aplicación

La Aplicación se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad" sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sean expresas o implícitas.

10. Indemnización

Usted acepta indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a Minine Inc., sus directivos, directores, empleados y agentes de cualquier reclamación, daño, pérdida o gasto (incluidos los honorarios legales) que surja del uso de la Aplicación o de la violación de estos Términos.

11. Legislación aplicable

Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de conformidad con las leyes de la jurisdicción en la que Minine Inc. está establecida, sin tener en cuenta sus disposiciones sobre conflictos de leyes.

12. Cambios en estos Términos

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios se reflejarán actualizando la fecha de "Última actualización" en la parte superior de esta página. El uso continuado de la Aplicación después de cualquier cambio constituye su aceptación de los nuevos Términos.
